We bring to Baja wonderful buttermilk pancakes made by scratch with real buttermilk in a large variety of styles.  Not looking for your everyday pancakes?  Come try our Apple Pancakes that is made with 2 Apples each, sauteed with our special sweetness then baked for 2o minutes and smothered in vanilla ice cream.  We also have different egg dishes including our incredible omelettes.  Looking for other incredible dishes?  Try either our Southern Biscuits & Gravy, Huevos Pochos, Lousiana Biscuit sandwich or our 2x2x2.  We make everything from scratch including our 2 different types of syrup.  You will not find anything frozen here.  Come and join us for a great breakfast experience.
